Tap Room in Westborough, MA
Ready to have a cold one at a family-friendly local brewery? Cold Harbor Brewing partners with local farms to create artisanal handcrafted ales in a rustic, wholesome location. Our company is named after Cold Harbor Brook, which runs through and past working farms in Northborough. In the 1800s, mills operated on the brook, and today you can still see remnants of an old mill on Crawford St in Northborough. Our mill logo references a time on the brook when products were made by hand, which is our goal with every beer we create.
Why Cold Harbor?
In the 1800’s several grain mills operated along the Cold Harbor Brook, a branch of the Assabet River. Our logo pays homage to these mills and to the simpler times where quality outranked quantity, and everything was made by hand and with precision.
